As you drive east on Route 6A through Brewster, you cannot help but slow down to admire the stately, historic Mansion and Carriage House of Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club. The Mansion was originally built in 1890 by the influential Nickerson family who were the original co-founders of the First National Bank of Chicago. The Mansion and Carriage House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The impressive structure, along with the surrounding five-acre crescent of meticulously manicured lawns, is perched on a cliff overlooking the bay side of The Cape. Ocean Edge is located in the picturesque town of Brewster and is blessed with extensive tidal sand flats to the north, along the shores of Cape Cod Bay.

With acclaimed culinary offerings, a full spectrum of audio-visual capabilities, customized services, and full conference-planning support, the Ocean Edge Resort provide a seamless blend of everything that goes into a successful meeting. The historic Mansion offers turn-of-the-century charm and intimacy perfect for your group. Options include the 4,500 square foot $12.5 million Mansion Ballroom, which was unveiled in 2009 complete with a rooftop terrace that overlooks Cape Cod Bay. Meet poolside in the 5,000 square foot Bay Pines Pavilion or overlooking the first tee in the 2,400 square foot Linx Pavilion. Five additional meeting rooms can be found on the second floor of the Mansion ranging from 300 to 500 square feet; all rooms have working fireplaces and most feature balconies overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Four additional meeting rooms totaling 5,000 square feet of space can be found in the Carriage House immediately adjacent to the Nickerson Mansion. Carriage House meeting rooms range in size from the 900 square foot Roland room to the 2000 square foot Addie.
